Why FASHIONS CHANGE so fast?

Still in third world countries the craze for Blue Jeans is not yet saturated, there are many new versions of Fashion Dresses in the western country introduced. College going students are very crazy about wearing new varieties including lady youth also. Is there any particular reason to behave like that?

they just don't want to wear outdated fashion and accesories, that's all. I pay attention more to my skin treatment and health, rather than branded stuffs.
