Take a new job requiring a short conservative haircut. This will stimulate active hair growth.

It will? Well I'll give that suggestion to my mom since her hair is short. But I am an african american female and my hair has been long past my waist my whole life. I was wondering if I could find a way my sister can also grow her hair. It's already long, but she wants it longer. thanks for the suggestion

When you wash your hair, give yourself a good scalp massage. It stimulates the hair folicles and encourages new growth.

try to put it on some ricin oil ,it's relly good for your scalp.Make some braids before you go to the bed...that protects your hair from breakage.And drink much much much water.:D
