Hi I would like your response on vitamins and if you take vitamins for your health, Wow! There are so many ways to save on vitamins. The girls and I have learnt a lot this month. Here are our favourites. Find out what you need before you buy if you take vitamins and natural remedies. I have used vitamins and natural remedies for years and thought they were really effective. So do you take vitamins and use natural remedies??

I do take vitamins and use some natural remedies. I've taken them for a long time. I've heard that not all vitamins are the same, so I'm kind of picky about the brand of vitamins I take. Right now I'm taking vitamins that I ordered off of QVC by Dr. Taub. I also take flaxseed, cod liver oil and Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar in water lately.

The multivitamin I take which come 5 in a pack cost less than $60.00 but is a 90 day supply which is very good. I have spent more on my vitamins which came in a powered form that you just mixed with water.

I do take vitamins and supplements. I usually take vitamin c, vitamin e, kelp, calcium, omega 3. A lot of the stuff that I take has to deal with hot flashes, or as my friend says, tropical moments. I don't take a multi vitamin as I feel that I don't need everything in there. I try to eat the right foods.

I am apsoriasis patient. So that I have to continue natural remedies for a long time. Earlier in my child hood I used to take vitamins B,C, and minerals iron. They helped me to improve my learning ability. Then I started a medicine called Guardian, which has a lot of minerals and vitamins. But now I am solely depend on Fruits and vegetables for my nutritive intakes. I usually take food according to the Food Guide pyramid. fat and sugar least amount, starchy food less, milk and milk foods normal quantity(I love yougurt), fruits and vegetables more and Cereal foods most.
