"Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together [as one unit of creation], before we clove them asunder?" [Al-Qu'ran 21:30] the striking similarity between the Qu'ranic verse and 'The Big Bang' is inescapable! How could a book, which first appeared in the deserts of Arabia 1400 years ago, contain this profound scientific truth???

That's so funny! Profound scientific truth! Heavens here, presumably refers to the skies. But at the time of the big-bang there was no earth nor was there any sky, there wasn't even any space. Clearly you don't understand the big bang theory so did someone tell you this? Did you just believe it unquestioningly? The unexamined life is not worth living! Try to develop a healthy scepticism to what you are told. Ask yourself, "how can I be sure what these people are telling me is true?" Question them about it and check their answers against other sources. I keep six honest serving men They taught me all I knew Their names are What and Why and When And How and Why and Who This proposition that the Qur'an contains scientific knowledge depends on the logical fallacy of equivocation all the best urban

why should I say or claim that he must be spritualised, doesn't your bible teach this? did i juz talk out of my mind or did i gave sufficient verses to emphasis on what I presenting. its funny when i read ur comment, tat my claim doesnt follow, in other words u calling bible as inconsistance. disciples bear witness? "And all his disciples forsook him and fled" [Mark 14:50] I beleive you must be aware that all the 4 gospels were written at different times and for different audiences, one who read Mark may not necessarily be reading Matthew Luke and John, and one who reads Matthew may not read the other...until the council of Niecea when they complied all the books together and formd Bible. Now if Only Mark is telling the truth, on his accont, its very clear that All his disciples were NOT eyewitnesses. I must say, u have to be better be acquainted with Gospels. Gospels says his legs were not broken because it is written in scripture. It imlies that the need of breaking legs come under question only if there is life in the body, and they are not allowed to break because to obey the scripture. yes his body was kept in a tomb, how was the tomb? small suffocating? it was big, so that a man can easily take breath and survive. now you said: "RESURRECTED means PHYSICAL BODY RESTORED" Ask any Jewish scholar or Christian High Priest, Pastor or Bishop. he may tell U... the resurrected body will have flesh and bone or it will be spiritualised.

forgive my ignorance but is Qu'ranic Verse and Qu'ran the same as the Koran? as we spell it in England or are these two seperate precious texts. I read some where that all cultures believe in Genesis although it is written in different ways in different sacred scriptures, but the method is the same. God created the world in 7 days but his 7 days are not are 7 days because days where nothing to God, they had no hourly value. I guess if God did not want the sun to rise until he was ready for the next day to begin he could have held it back.

Hi, yes Qur'an and Koran are different spellings but refer to the same book, compiled from various fragments and different versions of an original text dictated by Muhammad. all the best urban
