My Cocker Spaniel needs a hip operation I can't afford. I need to find help

My 4 year old Cocker Spaniel King Arthur jumped off a roof and dislocated his hip.
The vet tried to set it twice but it won't stay in place. Now he needs an operation to keep the femural head in the hip joint. I'm on a fixed income and don't have any idea how I'm going to afford the surgery. I'm hoping to find someone to help us.

I think you have to contact that special agency that they have vets they do these things for free.
