Broken or United Family?

i belong to united family but even though we are united, i still can't deny the fact that i still am having issues regarding my parents, the way they raise me and my interaction with my family. whether we have a united or a broken family, i think that it's still the same. both children are faced with many family issues only they are quite different but they are both problems.

I think belonging to a broken family is better than living with parents that hate each other because they will always be argueing and carrying a lot of resentment toward you. I'm older now but I havent seen my dad since I was 11. When I was 30 or so the rest of my family disowned me. Now I'm doing a lot better for it and they're probably happier with out me so it worked out for the best. Just dont try to use it as an excuse for not getting anywhere in life. They more than likely did what they thought was right

Well, I am sorry to hear that. I know the feeling. My own family almost got broken one time, but thankfully things got worked out and it didn't get broken at all.
