Mosquito problems

I have just moved from a temperate environment where mossies are hardly found to a tropic environment where mossies are prevalent. I have got bitten so many times that Im sick of it. I have tried insect repellants, aeroguard, barrier methods and none seems to help. Any suggestion as to how I can stop these ferrocious mossies from biting me?

mosquitos hate citrus... I make up a citrus oil and it works pretty good. I buy a little thing of citrus oil and add it to mineral oil and put it in a spray bottle...
