Is your body in proportion?

Women's body can be categorized in several types, top heavy, bottom heavy and hourglass (which is good). Do you think your body is in proportion? I think I am bottom heavy, I have wider hips and blessed with a tush, my thigh's my problem area. So any suggestions? And how about you? Do you think your body is in equal proportion or do you have any problem areas too?

I am bottom heavy. I have problems with my hips and tummy. I don't do any exercise only go walking every weekday.

I think my physique is just normal for a guy. I am a bit underweight but not too much. Try crunches and leg lifts. =) I had a friend who has the same built as you and that's what she did for about 2 months. And it worked. =)
