Can a person grow taller after crossing 21?

The general belief is that a person cannot grow taller after attaining the age of 21 years. But some theories claim that any person can grow taller irrespective of ones age.

i wish i can be taller that 5'3 like 5'6..but am 31 already i dont know if i can still gain height...but as a girl i can always used heels..;)

Who told you that.I think you can grow till 22 and girls can grow till 18.

As per the scientifically normally growing age is 16 to 22 years other crossing 22 years growing will down. but some of the peoples are growing upto 27 years depends on vitamins.

Generally its not like that,atleast i've not come across. However, regular excercise and a healthy protein rich diet can share some role in it. Ayurveda says that height can be increased till 25 years with regular practice of certain yoga postures.We can see many adv. of medicines claming for height increase. But according to my knowledge those lotions/pills available in the market cannot increase a person's height.In many case they do more harm than good to your body and ur purse .
