Why does it feel good when we sneeze?

I love a good sneeze but either my sneezes are not as good as they should be or someone's lovemaking is rubbish. No, lovemaking is tops in my book. But have you had a 'sneezing day' when you just can't stop? When I have one I'm exhausted at the end of the day and my chest is painfull from the exertion. So it is like the old saying - 'too much of a good thing is bad for you'
