how to overcome boredome! / myLot

i dont wanna get bored everytime i do nothing... it really makes me sick... sometimes i think that i have ADHD because i cant hold still for how many minutes... and it really makes me go crazy.. pls help me overcome my boredome!

I'd like to ,but could you tell me the deep meaning of boredome? I think whatever you want to overcome,if you insist doing it,you will be successful! Good luck for you!
