I dont know about this ,i had ignored this earlier when my friend told me about this ,but since then i have heard this a several times and i am really very desperate to know that whether this is true or not ,and what is the reason behind his conversion to islam, if anyone knows about this plz let me know.

i'll tell u the right story about why he actauly converted to islam.
its true that his dad expired when rahman was 9 but it was not then that rahman converted to islam...
In 1988, one of his sisters fell seriuosly ill and numerous attempts to cure her failed. her condition progressively woresend. the family gave up all hope when they came in contact with a Muslim Pir - Sheik Abdul Qadir Jeelani or Por Qadri as he was popularly known. with his prayers and blessings, rahman's sister made a miraculous recovery. rattled by the bad experience and influenced by the teachings of the Pir, the entire family converted to Islam. thus A.S.Dileep Kumar becam Allah Rakha Rahman!!!
