I gets mail saying claim your pending money to payed from freelotto.It this real or fraud?

I received a cheque for 28 cents. I do not know whether I have to send it for clearing. It may cost $1 or $2.

i think its real .. i recently got a cheque of 18 cents by post from freelotto
