error 999 @ yahoo

has anyone experience error 999 at yahoo? i've been getting it while i was trying to register a mobile device in my yahoo messenger. I tried researching it on the internet what it actually means. I have found that it actually means nothing. Well more of it meant you have an error but it doesn't specifically say what type of error. it will only tell you error 999 when they ran out of error codes to tell you. is that so? if you know more about this please enlighten me about it. i'm as clueless as many of you are.
