Yeah i'm using adobe photo shop too in making collage. It is perfect in making arts. It is really the best editing software. All you need are there already. I'm gonna rate it from 1 to 10 as 10! :))

I use it extensively,though I'm a traditional artist.Its a boon to the digital artists. In Photo shop CS2 ther are scores of tools that enhance the paintings in a flick.Generally I draw first in the traditional way,scan and finish in PS CS2.Best of both worlds.

Its the best photosoftware, i use photoshop cs and photoshop elements 4 you can see at my pictures.
Photoshop Elements is easy to use and fast for making collages.
