Do you think Reservation quota is essential or not...... what's its effect on country...

As a Indian it is not good. It gives hurdles to the development of Indian economy. But as a human after seeing the downtrodden people with low below poverty income it is admissible to some extent. But things going wrong way in India, the quota is used by other above poverty line group. So it should be banned from exploitation.

Reservations was intented to help people who are pulled back by other creamy layers in the society. It had helped a lot of family to come up. You can know that high class people are able to provide better facilities for their children to get through many things... But once the objective is satisfied the reservations should be taken off. Or even after so long time if its not making any changes it should be removed..else the upper class who enjoys reservation will missuse it. If we are talking of countries like India..Its time for reservations to be removed from some sector. 50+ years of reservation is more than enough.
