I used to be a heavy smoker for way too many years. At some point and after a heavy cold, I decided that it was time to quit.
Beleive me it was hard in the begining, but then I got across a quite that really help me a lot.
It is nore more than 2 years that I quit and as a way of showing to everyone that anyone can do it I wrote a blog explaining the ways that smoking harms you and how quiting can dramatically improve your life.
If you like check it and may it helps you quit too.

That's too bad. You know, I made several attempts too before I quited. Everytime I was starting smoking, I was smoking more than before quiting. So, please, please quit and stay!

I agree with you. Everyone in my husband's family is addicted to it and they keep trying to make me smoke too. But now my husband smokes very little and I don't mind that. At least he tried.

Reducing it is no solution. Beleive me I tried it several times. Eventually, you end up smoking more. Another thing, you are already a smoker since your husband's smoke is every where in the house, in the car etc. So without knowing it you are getting all the bad effects of smoking. It too me a lot of time to admit it but it is true.

I just learn that a good friend of mine has cancer because of smoking. I tried many times to convince him to quit but no luck.
Now he decided to quit!
