First trimester of pregnancy (what are the conditions?)

my wife is 6 weeks pregnant and she always feels dizzy. is this normal? can anyone tell me what conditions occur during the first trimester of pregnancy? appreciate your help. thanks!

First trimester is from 1-3 months of pregnancy. Some of what I have experienced during this months of my pregnancy are dizziness, heartburn, vomiting, irritability of perfumes or smell of onions and garlic, I also feel weak and very tired. I think your wife's dizziness is normal, I also have that kind of feeling on my second trimester. But if her dizziness is too much it is better if she will visit her doctor. Atleast the doctor will give her better advices. Try also not to tire her.

I felt really dizzy too. Not all the time though. Sometimes I got so dizzy it was hard to walk straight but the Dr. said it wasn't anything too be concerned about just dont drive when your dizzy.

you should check out www.pampers.com or bounty.com both really good sites with lots of info on what to expect, i swore by these sites when i was pregnant, some dizziness is normal tho.

Because of the massive surge of hormones and the increasing blood volume, your wife can expect some dizziness in her first trimester and her second trimester. If she experiences other symptoms, such as severe abdominal pain, moderate to severe back pain, or a fever, call her doctor. PS. It's great to see a husband concerned enough to take time to post this question!
