yesss the here is the questiion.if you decide to make a diet, which food/foods do you leave first?there are some speacial foods which we can not give up in our life.but sometimes wi have to make diets,and we have to leave our some delicious foods.whats your comments?? i am waondering much:D:D:D:D

I think the best and healthiest thing is to just cut down the portions and have a litle of what you fancy , then you won't feel you are doing without and you will stick to it longer xx

true weemam...though i'd add something: every time you wanna go into a diet, visit a nutritionist doctor first...health is first.

best diets are those in which you don't stop eating any of the different food groups. obviously you will have to reduce your junk food intake dramatically..but if once in a while you hace a candy it's ok. Any doctor will tell you so. Its the best and safest way to lose weight, and less risky for regaining it fastly once you leave the diet. Hope this is of any help for you
