I'll tell you what. My weight has always gone up and down all of my life. When I really want to work at it I can lose the weight; it's keeping it off that's the problem.
I enjoy eating far too much to give it up. I find that if I eat only a few bites of something when I'm hungry; drink water only or green tea, and do a fair bit of exercise, I can lose quite a few lbs.
But then something happens; I get depressed or my husband takes me out to dinner. I try hard not to eat much but it's so good, can't help myself...
I need to lose at least 30 lbs. by April because we're going to Vegas/Arizona for visit. If I put my mind to it I can get it done, but then I'll only be able to take a bite or two of everything and it doesn't seem quite fair...lol

I don't care about their size, be it real or onlie friends. I never count on size. The most important thing what I count is personality. One good person can be a good friend too, does not matter thin or fat.

This comment makes me sad for you.
My thought is this -- I am me. Take it or leave it. I am a very bright, warm, loving caring and kind person (not to toot my own horn - lol). I have many friends both online and offline. If you don't want to talk to me because I'm a bit bigger, I guess it's your issue not mine.

It does not matter to me. I am a fat woman--losing weight, but not quickly enough for me. LOL I am usually the "fat friend". But, I feel that as long as I am happy and love myself, it shouldn't matter to people. I am a happy and nice person and if someone won't be my friend because all they can see is my weight, then they can go jump in a lake. :)

I have friends that are heavy and thin. If someone does not want to be your friend because you are overweight then that person is not worth having as a friend. Don't waste your time on people like that. Believe me they are not perfect either.

My best friend has always been a size 18 (uk). her size has never mattered to me, her attitude to life and her take on things has always been more important.
The most important thing for you to do is learn to accept yourself as you are. When you love yourself it makes it so much easier for other people to love you.

Hey I used to be supper thin but over the years have added a few. I feel FAT! But doctor says I'm healthy now. Personally I don't decide my friends by their weight and fact is if they have a few more pounds than me that's fine because then I feel "thinner".
One of my best and closest friends is over the 400 mark, I'm concerned about her health because I want to keep her around longer.
