What does star respond to everyone ids top

As I am new to mylot i just had a doubt and I want to clarify the doubt. Above everyone id we can see a star and inside the star there is number what does the star respond to and what does the number inside the start respond to. If anyone knows it please clarify

The number is your rating, and the star is just a way of making the ratings easily visible.
