All Once In A Garden

Once there was a small girl who once lived with her parents ina small town house in a big city, and one day the parents was on the way home when thier car was struck and both died.The little girl went to live with her granmother in a little cottage next to a big dark forset out in the country.She loved her grandma and all her visits was happy ones,but now it wasn't to be a visit any more, it was to be her home. The little girl was named Elizabeth Rose And was a peach of a girl,or thats what her greandma always said."Rosie you are a peach!A Peach Of A Girl!" And now she didn't feel so peachie.Each day at her new school she would be taunted and picked on by the other kids.She would come home with tear stained cheeks.And she would walk to the edge of the dark forst to her grandma's flower garden and lay in the rows of lillies and touch -me-knots.And she would cry herself asleep,and thats where her grandma would find her every evening. One day she when she was 15 she came to her spot ,as she called it now ,to read and study her homework and cry her day of troubles out.She was reading when she hear a tiny sound of music, a flut to be exact. And she listened with intent,and smiled,she went to find where the music was coming from.She peeked through the daiseys and found nothing, and then in the panseys,and found nothing.So next she crawled to the roses bushes, and there she found her music.She sat in surprise ,to be seeing what she knew did not exsist ,but a handsome little man with silver glistening wings playing a flute so lovely. A real Fairey? Can it be true, am I alseep and dream of this?she gave herself a small pinch and the pain told her that she was indeed awake. The fairey saw her and smiled and steped out on to a out stretched leaf, and spoke so softly. "Hello Rosie,do not cry any more, but smile now,where is your tears now?" Rosie didn't know what to say,but shook her head and spoke"Who are you, what aare you?" ,Are you a", Yes Rosie girl I am a fairey ,my name is Azure" "You really are a fairey?" Rosie said. "Yes I am,and you have been so sad and I couldn't stand to hear you so I finally wanted to see you smile so here I play a tune for you.And it worked I see.I must go now, it is forbidden that a human sees us or ever speak to us"He turned and arched his back and his wings started to expand. "Wait Azure", Rosie said almost pleading. 'I must go, but I promise I will see you again, ok."Azure spoke softly. "Ok",Rosie said. Sadden by the departure of her new friend, she being still stunned went on about her studying. As the years went on she never seen her friend again.But always went to her spot in the garden hopeing to get to see him once more.She grew into a lovely woman awith beautiful long blonde hair,like her mothers, and big almond shaped green eyes.Her grandma told her just before she pasted on that she wouldn't be alone when she left, cause a woman a beautiful as her Rosie would be swept away by a prince and live happy ever after.She thought to herself, how Grandma was wrong.Now she was finished with all the schooling and nothing to do but work at the school as a teacher and tend the gardens like her grandma. One day after a storm, she went out to the garden and sat down ona blanket and opened her book of poems and began to read, as she hear the music again.She crawled quickly to the rose bushs, and look to see her fairey,sitting there smiling. "My Rosie, happy to see me?" "Azure "! Rosie shouted happily."Where have you been all these years?" "I have been here,you just couldn't see me.I have been waiting for the right time to come back to you" "How do you know now is the right time ,and what are you talking about?"Rosie quizzed him. "Rosie,I have sat and watch you for many summers now,and I have made a decision as King of the fairey to take a bride under the moon tonight." Why, really do you tell me this,and why did you watch me?And not speak to me?" "I was forbidden to do so.But as the passing of my father the king,I took the throne and made new rules for my kingdom.And I watched you cause Rosie, I have loved you for so many years.And I wish to make you my bride". "Love me!Really Azure,what if I don't love you?And how came a human be married to a fairey, that would be so silly!"Rosie laughed til tears flowed freely. " My love, you are the silly one, I have Fairey magic, and I will give you a gift only you can recieve, if only you agree to be my bride this night to come" Azure said with his hand held outto her. Rosie thought of the feeling of mix emotions she held with in herself.I didn't go a day with out hunting for him, and longing to hear him speak to her, it was as if her heart would break over into millions of pieces.Soshe smiled at Azure ,"Yes I will be your bride,when do I met you and where?" Azure felt his heart soar,"Come here at midnight,and we will marry." With that being said he disappeared .She went in to her home and made ready to close up her home.As to leave forever, somehow she knew she wouldn't be back. At eleven o'clock she prepared herself, she only had a silky sundress of cream color ,with a light sliver speckles in it to wear.At midnight she stood at the rose bushes waiting for Azure.When she hear someone walking in the edge of the wood. And she almost fell over as a man in dark green steped from the woods."Hello Rosie" Azure spoke up first. "Azure ,your tall, taller than me, how can this be?" I have a gift to give you after our vows, and I will only be this big ,as well as the rest here,until the vows are spoken.And then I will go back" " Ok,Azure,what do I do now, I am nervous."Rosie said with a shaken voice. Smileing Azure took her hands into his and kissed her softly.And then from somewheres, out of no wheres, there was hundreds of faireys about them, and a one old fairey who said some odd words to them both, and placed wonderful wreaths of lavender upon thier heads ,and Azured smiled and said "WIth in every world I be with thee,I vow this to my maiden Bride".And as if the words was written on her mind she knew what needed to be said by her" With in every world I bee with thee,to to place seds of love and life with thee,I vow this to my King " And with that there was bright flickering of lights all about them as if millions of lightening bugs was about them, and glitter was swirling around them both she felt a tikle in herself, and a tingl eon her back.And the world all came so clear,as all vanished but her and Azure .Rose now was a fairey.With her own wings, and she was so very small, on a rose bud. "let us be off my love and begina new flower garden together"Azure said with a glint of glee in his eye. "Then off with us." And they lived forever, so very happily. Written by,F.Whitt
