My professor in Philosophy of law opened a discussion on the rights to privacy. He gave us something to ponder: do public figures give up their rights to privacy the moment they chose to become public figures? what are the limits of their privacy? He even asked us if its right to take pictures of public figures in public places, whether or not, the involved figure is aware of consenting. He made us draft our policy proposals about it. Of course, Ive done mine. I just want to ask your opinions about this matter.
