Do you have a child with a cleft?

I have an 8 year old son with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. He has had a total of 9 surgeries so far, with another big one coming up. Who do you know who is cleft affected?

my son was just born with a BCLP. he's having the new experimental BMP procedure. his first surgery is in august.

it's bone growing protein. they inject it into the gumline to grow the pakate and nasal boones instead of grafting.

Hi my name is Kelly and I have a 4 yr old son born with bilateral cleft lip and palate and he has had 13 surgeries so far a couple are not cleft related. I belong to Cleft Advocate a wonderful group of parents who network otherparents together who have cleft affected children. the website is www.cleftadvocate.org we were featured on Montel Williams 2005 and was given money for the organzation to help other cleft children and their parents.
