Em Stuck with two GFs and now am regretting on it .... plz help

I em severy stuck between my two Gfs .. Before i thought that dating n stuff were just a game and the one who had the most gfs was the most respectable but later i realized that i was not doing fair and was playing with the lives of other people since that day i told my one gf that we r just frnz now cuz she was not serious either... but these two are pretty serious and i am also serious with her and now remains one gf to whom i cant deny as she is way serious with me and can do any thing .... guys em really stuck i just want one gf now and no other but how will i tell her ... i cant even think about her reaction ....:$:$ plz help guys and bring me back to life ....
