at least they can go in a group of girls who will be around all night, decide to stick together and no one gets left behind when its over. someone decides to remain reasonably sober to drive and just generally keep an eye out for each other happy mylot day.

I think it's pretty irresponsible, but it depends on the person, and their age. If they're underage, I think their parents ought to get involved with their lives and put a stop to it.

How old are the young girls we are talking about? I think sometimes, it's fun to get drunk and have fun at a party, as long as you do it responsibly. For example, know your limits, and stop drinking when you approach that limit. Also, when we would go to parties when I was in college we always had a designated driver so we had a safe way to get home. Now that I live in New York City, I make sure that if it is very late, or if I am too drunk, I take a cab home instead of the subway because it is safer.
