Pay pal scam letter

Another scam letter send to my email box today. The letters always look official,but they're not.Do not click any link inside email to go to paypal page. That page not really actual paypal homepage . Here is the "scam" letter I received that look like below: Your PayPal Account is Blocked We recently reviewed your account, and suspect that your PayPal account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party.Protecting the security of your account is our primary concern. Therefore, as a preventative measure,we have temporarily limited access to sensitive account features. To restore your online account access we need you to confirm your account, to do so we need you to follow the link below and proceed to confirm your information: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/xxxxxx(link i modify to prevent someone click) Tank you for your patience as we work together to protect your account. Sincerely, PayPal Customer Service *Important* Please update your records on or before 48 hours,a failure to update your records will result in a temporal hold on your funds. Copyright © 1999-2007 PayPal. All rights reserved. So beware when receive any letter like this must delete it .

Yes. It is a good idea with ALL sites involving money (or your reputation) to go to the sites directly without using the links they provide in the email. The mail service at Yahoo has a Spam button - I wish they had a Scam button to report such things to law enforcement.
