Are fries good for health ????

Ive seen so many ads labeling fried stuff as bad for health.. but is it okay for health if we fry it in low calorie oil ??

in moderation yes, but with all things deep fried there are good and bad side affect to them...I try to stay away from fat items as much as possible and if you are not sure look on the web for more information.

yeah its oil that matters most of the retaurants and outlets do that in oil with trans fats and thats where the problem is .the trans fats are bad for the body and cholestrol , so one must always cook that in a good oil , they are no harm then , but over eating patatoes should also be avoided .

The best food to fried is meat, because by heating the meat, the bad bacterias or viruses will die. Actually meat are better barbequed, because the fat will flow aout from the meat. if you fried it. it fat oil will not flow out. That makes people fat. But vegetables are no good to fried (some country fried vegetables). Vegetables are better boiled, but don't dispose the water, because all the vitamins are in the water.
