Facing your first job.

was graduated from college this winter.
After attending countless Job-wanted meetings,
fortunatly a chemical company accepted me at last,
though with poor salary.
Facing to the first job,I have no idea how to deal with it.
Because I didn‘t familiar with the company and the market,
so I feel difficult to deal with it.
Anyhow, I will do my best to work efficiently.
So my friends, would you be so kind to tell us something about your first job?
