try smokin patches or smoking gum. if u cant get these products then u could choose a set date to stop smoking and use your own willpower. the only way it will work is if u really want to give up

buy hundreds of candies when u need to smoke u eat one candy. do that whenever u need to smoke. i think its stop ur smoking.
