how can i enjoy perfumes when i'm allergic to fragrances

i just got a new scent which smells good. i didn't have any sneezing or any breathing difficulties. so, i used the fragrances a few days ago. i only use a small amount of it but today i've got a few sprays of it. for a while i was ok, until now. i've got a headache, i can barely breath, my throat seems sore, stuffy nose. i already had paracetamol but i'm still not doing good. can you help me please? =(
