Julia really enjoys being on her school's dance team.she is not the most talented dancer, but she works hard.she spends hours at home practicing the dances.the team's first performance is coming up soon.Julia is getting really nervous.she does not think she is good enough to dance in front of an audience.sometimes at night, she dreams about the performance.and in her dreams, she always makes mistakes!Julia is afraid she will embarrass herself and the whole team.

Ask her to practice in front of some known people like the members of your house or friends etc. so that she slowly gets used to performing in front of others. You can even invite your friends over to see her rehearseal and their applause can boost her confidence. Make her realose thet it takes courage even to volunteer and no matter what The people who love her will always support her. i also had stage fear whan I was young. one of my friend gave an advice which he had got from some one. he told just imagine the people who have come to see you are all naked. I did just that on my first play where i forgot a dialoge and the funny part was I saw my principal in the first row and imagined him and started laughing. the audience thought it was part of the play :-)
