I am absent - minded a lot. I forget my spectacles, my keys and I forget where I kept them too. I usually seek help from my family members to search them for me . How many of you sre absent-minded ? Do you keep notes like me so that you don't miss something in hurry ?

absent minded doesnt even begin to describe me. i never know where my glasses are. Notes ars a must if i dont write it down its just gone. (i think it goes to the bermuda triangle just sucked by some vortex lol) ok i have to write it down then say it out loud to my self or that appointment will be missed. i just heard that if you take daily suppliments of folic acid that your memory improves.also folic acid - if you have it in your system when you get pregnant your baby is less likely to have spinal deformitys so i hear

You know, absent minded isnt the right term...its just that we have sooooo much on our minds these days that we tend to forget somethings... I have two part time jobs plus a hubby and kids and i also like to spend time on here... I carry a note book around with me in my purse to help if i get inspired with a writing idea. I also write down things i need to remember to do while at work (i work in an office from 9-1 and freelance write in the afternoon) If i know i am going to need something tomorrow, i put it right near the top of the stairs so i won't forget it...and will see it in the morning, thats what helps me the most.

Hmm-now what was I going to say? LOL Oh yeah-I've been guilty of putting the coffee pot in the refrigerator, the milk in the cereal cupboard, and I can't count the times I've searched and searched and searched for something that I put in a certain place so I wouldn't lose it. LOL Don't feel lonely-I think you have lots of company.

It feels terrible to be absent minded ... generally it happens to ppl who are not organise i think. Just get organise by creating your own place as where to put your stuff and im very sure all will be well.
