We recreat our first date (it was on valentines). We go up in the mountains and go for a hike, see some snow, then we go out to dinner and get a movie. This is something that the kids do with us and they love it. It always stirs up those butterflies we had the first time we did it. The mountains are lovely here and it is so nice to just go up there and look down on our small town with the river running right through it. We dont do expensive gifts just one from the heart some times as simple as a full body massage, we like the simpler things in life so expensive things are unnecesary. I hope you and yours have a wonderfull Valentines day !!!

Thank you, our whole family enjoys it very much and we think it is important to include the children since we love them too. We do take time for romance in the evening after they go to bed.

I do not know much about st. valentine. It is true, everybody exchange especially hearts gifts on valentines day..but if you don't have one to buy for special gifts ..sitting beside with the one you love on this day and greetings each other with hug and a kiss..really matters much. It doenst need fancy things..or going to a fancy restaurant. Tks for the comment.

feb 14 will be a busy day for me. but good thing, our team prepared something for the event ;) we'll have dinner after work and take note, we're required to wear red on that day! (haha i really dont know how i am supposed to travel with a red blouse on valentines day!) But everything's planned out, we'll have a post valentine celebration though.. and this will be our first ever real vacation ;) a 3-day vacation will complete this event for me ;) just dont forget to prepare something that will make your guy smile ;) it doesnt need to be expensive, it does not even require you to buy something, "effort" will do ;)

I agree with you hannah08 that gifts doenst need to be expensive...the most romantic ones are the one with personal touch. I am planning to make one now.. hopefully it will work. hehehe! I remember those days..that we have a little event in the company that everybody is required to wear something red.. and i can't just go out of the house wearing red...coz i might be branded looking for my VALENTINO..heheh! Crazy ideas sometimes in the Philippines. Enjoy your valentines.. make everyday a valentines day.

For lovers every day would be Valentines day. Feb 14 is not having much importance in past, do you really know this? The People from greeting cards and gifts exposed it for their market. Does any one agree with me?
