Only In Wisconsin....

Don't feel alone, they cancelled school here in New York too. Plus the wind is blowing pretty hard and the power has already gone out once. I hope it doesn't go out again because if I have no power, I have no heat. Its not as cold here as it is where you are. I'm not even sure why they cancelled school. I always thought that if it got to 30 below wind chill then it would close but it is only 19 below wind chill here. Stay warm!

Psh I'm from Minnesota! Early February is certainly a time of year it would make sense for that to happen... But when I was in school it was always getting cancelled to delayed for cold or snow. When I was in elementary school and we still had recess we were regularly kept inside our classrooms because it was too cold to go out.

I used to LOVE snow days :) I spent a few winters in High School back east. I'd go back to be dor get up and watch tv all day and hang out with my friends. :)

every day i can see the sun rise up and every night i can see the moon i don't feel any cold this is very good in my home ,every day i can go up with the sun and at night i can play with moon how is that?

Well, I live in Wigan, UK, and here it has only just, for the first time this winter, got down below freezing. So quite a bit warmer than you have!

It is 13 here in NY, but my poor dog doesn't want to go outside, he keeps laying down in the snow because his paws hurt so bad. I am going to put sock on him before we walk tonight and see if that helps.

Wisconsin here, places are closed, no school, and they said it was 35 below. Guess I will stayat home and eat some oatmeal.
