when is d best time to workout! morning? afternoon or evening?

When is it more effective?...or it doesnt matter as long people work out?

ask me and i say that the best time is working out in the evening and i myself workout in the evening for the reason that the metabolic rate is very high in the evening and that way you will have to warm up less and the muscles of ones body get fit quickly i was told this by my physicall trainer

well to each their own...i am not really a morning person, so i prefer afternoons or evenings...and even nights.....call me an owl ;)

I think as long as u work out it is good. I think it depends on when you feel like doing it, and your work schedule. For me afternoon is the best time.
