it is understandable that old chinese people will have resentment towards japan. there are many historical issue that cass this. but younger generation chinese hate japan because they are taught to hate japan in school. in reality ,there is no reason for china to rear japan,today.bacause even though japan has the ability to create a military that is capable of destroying and reoccupying china.japan has chosen to renounce war and to not maintain a military that matches her economic and technological strength. if china was really theatened by japan,it would be much more obvious. at athe moment,japan is very kind to china,japan shows no military response to illegal chinese trespasses into japance waters. japan kindly ignores chinese provokation of japan. it is time that younger generation chinese understood what modern japan is and our peaceful sentiment. otherwise ,perhaps japanes peaceful feelings will disappear ,and this 's china's worst nightmare,again.
