SATA i like ...As im Using its 4 last 3 years ... nd im very much happy with that ....so i prefer SATA is the best harddisk

lets see the different between sata and pata, sata speed 2400 Mbits, pata speed 1064 Mbits in theory, in practical usually arround 50% from theory. offcourse we should get sata if our motherboard support it.

I installed a SATA hard drive some time ago, and immediately noticed a large increase in speed, so I think I'm going to stick with SATA or SCSI for all my machines from now on, and between the two of those, SATA definitely has the cost advantage...

As hardware experts in my knowledge is favouring about sata so i prefer it more than pata.
