Acne problem.. Help!!

I have adult acne all over my face. Acne has been my concern for a little over 10 years.. I've spent so much on acne products.. Nothing seems to work for the long term.. I'm so sick of acne by now.. Any suggestions on how to take care of acne? Which products work for you? What do you change about your lifestyle to reduce your acne?
