The execution of Saddam Hussein had been just?

Is the killing of an assassin, assassination? Can the punishment for a crime be applied with the same crime? Rape with rape, theft with theft, death with death? To condemn the murder and then apply murder by law is an enchantment? A contradiction of the human mind?Which is your thought about capital punishment?

I think that each individual case must be seen independently and judged by a fair trial in court.
In terms of punishment for those proven to be doubtlessly guilty, I think that capital punishment is completely the way to go.
Here in the UK, we are currently in crisis with overcrowded prisons. The prisons are so full, police custody cells are starting to over-fill too. We spend millions in taxes every year to give child abusers, rapists, and murderers a cosy little room with a TV.
I personally believe that this form of human effluent should be removed from the human race at the soonest possible opportunity.
