I think that each individual case must be seen independently and judged by a fair trial in court. In terms of punishment for those proven to be doubtlessly guilty, I think that capital punishment is completely the way to go. Here in the UK, we are currently in crisis with overcrowded prisons. The prisons are so full, police custody cells are starting to over-fill too. We spend millions in taxes every year to give child abusers, rapists, and murderers a cosy little room with a TV.
