Panic/Anxiety Attacks

I am recovering from panic/anxiety attacks. The information that I have gathered since developing this illness 7 years ago is astounding. I have found that Seratonin plays a huge part in this chemical imbalance. I have also found that when your levels are low, your body will develop pains you never even thought of; your mind will "play" tricks on you-i.e. you will think you are dying, losing your mind, you will worry, etc... Anyone else with similar situations/symptoms. How did you handle them? What help have you sought?
