If only I had a job....ok, I'll pretend. I'd like to be able to make worthwhile contributions for one thing. I want to earn my paycheck, by doing my job as well as possible. I'd like to exercise some creativity. I'd like to be able to make a difference in people's lives (if I work with alot of people). Making a few friends would be great, too, as I don't have much of a social life as it is.

my company provides a competitive benefits plus we have 'work from home' privilege... i also enjoy our team - my teammates are just so cool, we get along well and they have lots of topics to share, our team dinners are usually full of laughter... in terms of workload, they're just OK, sometimes it's heavy workload, sometimes they're not... promotion is out of the question, they only do performance review once a year, salary increase and promotion is also once a year...

I have recieved a lot from my work already; I have formed great relationships with so many children, and become a babysitter to many of them as well. I have also formed friendships with several co-workers. What I really wish for now is a raise. I have been there for almost 2 years...it will be 2 in May, and I am still only earning $6.50...I would like to be at least at $8. I know that sounds like a lot but I have friends at Walmart and McDonalds making a lot more than me.

When I have a job that I know is going to be long term then I want something that I enjoy and know I can do well.
If I am just getting a part time job for extra money I don't mind what it is as long as the hours suit me.
