how do you overclock?

What do you use to overclock your processor, graphics card, and ram... Does your motherboard come with software to allow you to manipulate it? Or do you just use the bios? How do you exactly overclock? PS: i'm running a AMD 3200+ at 2.2 ghz and i want MORE ghz!!!

What are trying to over clock if it is a computer like from dell or gateway you will never over clock nothing except maybe for the graphics card. Try using power strip it is a program that lets you over clock your graphics card. You can download it from www.download.com
