the last earnings update i got less cents of what i really got... as you see i have 40 posts, but i have only 0.38$... how is it possible?

38 cents for forty posts? That sounds about reasonable. You don't get one cent per post or anything like that - your earnings are based on the quality of your responses, not the quantity. Along with your rank and ratings. If we got only one cent per post, I'd have a whole lot less money than I actually have!
