Tagging

I always add tags to my posts and I've often added tags to my responses. I just realized though that sometimes (or maybe all the time and I just didn't notice) that mylot puts my response tags on the original discussion. Sometimes they are not the same though. Will I be penalized if I just skip the tags on my responses evertime?

I don't think you are penalised as I only ever add tags to my own discussions I'm posting - I think it really is for keyword purposes!

I wondered about the same thing. are we paid anything for tagging or can we just skip that part? hopefully someone can answer that question.

This is a good question and I have wondered it myself but do not know. I used to tag a lot more than I do now, but I have not noticed a difference in earnings.
