Decor for the Rovers Return

I reckon the Rovers Return is overdue for a re-dec.
What sort of makeover should the pub have? and do you reckon we are in for one of their famous fires to build up to the redec?

I would like to see pale painted walls, nice uplighters, chromed bays instead of those hideous stable type seeting things with nice bucket seats and padded benches.
All in all it needs to be a lot lighter and get something down with the windwos - it's so dark in there no wonder they all fall out all the time it's the lack of daylight affecting their silly pubby brains. I think Stve's gonna make a good landlord, he might be the one to smarten it up, especially if he can get his girl, lol.

Oh yes, Steve and Michelle with Liz doing a fair impression of the late lamented Poison Ivy, what a good act!
I actually put a suggestion on the coronation street message board about that rotten wall paper. From what I have read of the stories to come, it is Roys Rolls that is next for a redec as there is going to be a fire there.
hmmmm What are they going to do to effect a change of wallpaper in the Rovers, I wonder, a food fight between Sean and Sonny? Will be interesting to see how long that rotten paper lasts, anyway.
Other Half says in a couple of weeks you will see that they have replaced just those two strips with spare paper from the original roll lol.
