I have noticed this a lot. People are fascinated by the idea of that baby growing inside the woman, and I beieve in some cultures, touching the pregnant woman is meant to bring you lucky. Frankly, if it happened to me, I would kick them hard. LOL! It is your friend's body, and she should not be made to feel uncomfortable.

she is not really the outgoing kind of person i am- so she doesn't know what to say when people do this kind of thing, plus with people getting shot over someone cutting them off while driving- it makes you thikn twice before offending people (unlike me who will mouth off first and think second--LOL) but I think she will like the shirt idea!

I think I would stop being polite. It's her body and her baby. My girlfriend wore a do not touch the baby tee shirt from the seventh month. I bought my daughter one. She went out and got a couple more.

It is very rude, and I don't know why people do that. I don't know how to handle it either. When I was pregnant, it bothered me too. I never said a thing. Perhaps I should have just said, "please don't touch me."
