Gmail - Gmail - Google e-mail service with more than 2GB of storage
I have accounts in both by prefer Gmail, its interface is more user-friendly for me even though I've not explored Yahoo e-mail as much as I did with Gmail since I use it everyday.

I'd have to say gmail. I used to yahoo quite often and i really liked it but gmail suites me better and i like some of the features. i wished they'd add some basic things to it but it's still in beta so who knows. =) ~Joey

I m using yahoo mail for last 5 years and I think it is the best. And I have not used gmail yet!
