Conflict with my employer

i sorta hate my boss! arghh! but i can't afford to quit my job. i love what i'm doing, and it pays really good. i dunno how to make things better. i've tried to like and understand him, but he's got this annoying behavior and i hate the fact that he blames people for his mistakes! Help! Any ideas as to how do i make things better?
