What Do You Bring With You On A First Date?

With the luck I've had on a first date, spiked running shoes and a starting block!

Well, I don't date anymore (happily married for 19 years) but when I did. Some things I brought on a first date were: an open mind, sense of humor, alter ego, body armor, and mace! Ha!

Lipstick, powder,eye liner, mascara and my purse.

I've given it up as a lost cause but it used to be my alter ego. The cute fluffy well-behaved one that doesn't swear, isn't opinionated and NEVER drinks too much. Unfortunately she doesn't do repeat performances so if it went to a second date boy were they in for a shock!

Definitely an 'open mind' because you never know what is going to happen, actually on the date and afterwards. I have met a lot of interesting people when I used to date, I don't date any more because I've had enough! But nothing ceases to amaze me on dates especially on the first one so I always go prepared!

Birth control! LOL, just kidding, just kidding. I use to always bring that alter-ego you mentioned. Yep, never left home without it. The girl that doesn't burp, curse and is always so well to do. I don't know why. I love being me, but when I was young, I thought I had to put on this huge act if I wanted to get a second date. Silly wasn't it?
